This is a practical, effective and well-researched 18 Module Video Training Program that focuses on all aspects of mental health and total wellness. Each video is 8-14 minutes long and focuses on how to avoid, mitigate and prevent mental health injuries of all kinds, in addition to helping you deal with stress in constructive ways so you can avoid burnout. The modules are all engaging and easy-to-watch for the participant. This course prepares you to have increased resilience, better balance and more satisfaction in all areas of your life.

1. Silent Mayday
Have you ever felt stressed out, burned out and maxed out? Did you know that according to the American Psychiatric Association, about 1 in 5 Americans will experience a mental illness at some point in their life? That’s more than cancer, heart disease and diabetes combined. Here, you become aware of the mental illness statistics, and we prepare you for the next 17 segments

2. Wheel of Wellness – Part I
The wheel of wellness is a self-assessment tool that will help program participants review and assess thirteen different areas of their life. This includes, but is not limited to: Mental health, eating habits, relationships, sleep health, social life, happiness, physical health and more.

3. Wheel of Wellness – Part II
This segment continues to look at specific areas on the Wheel of Wellness that affect your overall health. Identifying areas of “satisfaction” and “dissatisfaction” will allow the participant to become more aware of where they are in reaching a balanced wellness and will inspire people to learn more about how to improve the spheres of influence in their life.

4. Zones of Performance
Discover how to maximize your true potential by living in the “performance zone”. This segment talks about how to push yourself out of your comfort zone, make sure you avoid the panic zone and achieve the success and total wellness that your deserve.

5. Positive Psychology
This segment explores the power of resilience, grit and optimism. It will teach you practical ideas around how to avoid mental health injuries and use the power of your mind to design a life of satisfaction and total wellness. You will learn the science behind positive psychology and how it can provide you with strategies for success in all areas of your life.

6. The Mental Health Stress Continuum
Learn the progression of depressionTM and other mental health injuries. This provides insight on how the signs and symptoms go through color-coded zones from being healthy (green), reacting (yellow), injured (Orange), and ill (Red).

7. Self-Care – Part I
Self-Care is the most basic freedom in life, yet often, we’re too busy to invest in our well-being for body, mind and spirit. Self-care is like the airline oxygen mask; it’s important to put your mask on before helping others.

8. Self-Care – Part II
Self-Care is one of the greatest tools we have to promote mental hygiene and physical health. In this segment, participants get another educational video that provides more tips and strategies to encourage the practice of self-care.

9. Mental Health Injuries – Part I
As mentioned earlier, approximately 1 in 5 people will be diagnosed with a mental illness at some point in their life. One of the primary reasons people live in silence is because of the stigma surrounding mental health. In this segment, Michael is literally going to break the stigma and provide awareness on things like depression, anxiety, compassion fatigue, bi-polar, PTSI and even languishing.
